Abstract

Zirconium-tin titanate ceramics (Zr,Sn)TiO4 was prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) technique. Resulting samples, low-height cylinders, were subjected to microstructural observations, immersion measurements of density and porosity and X-ray diffraction phase analysis. Dielectric parameters – relative permittivity and loss factor – were tested in the frequency range from 80 Hz to 1 MHz and volume DC resistivity at 100 volts.
